The partners of Associated Architects started working together in 2003. Together they won a competition for Pollicino nursery school in Rivalta, Italy and shortly afterwards they opened a new branch in Sint Maarten, Netherland Antilles where they designed numerous tourist and residential facilities around the Caribbean.
The offices in Torino (Italy) and Sint Maarten (Netherland Antilles) coordinate their efforts in order to provide an efficient service to their clients and the first years of operations gave birth to successful projects such as Sonesta Great Bay Hotel and BlueMarine Residences.
Our main objective when approaching a project is to tailor a case by case solution that would fulfill the requirements of a sustainable design, which for us means committing to design thoughtfully, responsibly, and comprehensively. Issues such as environmental impact, energy conservation and occupant comfort are considered part of our standard procedure and not something to be added to it.
The measure of a success of a project is for us the amount of pride we take in looking at the final result, pride which is shared by all our architects, engineers and consultants.
